Burnout Recovery Starts Here.
Modern support for the real world.
You feel lost in the sea of tasks & to-dos.
You’re high powered, driven and successful. Your take home, your bank account and your business card, they’re on point.
The younger you—the one that loved overtime and always bet on herself—would be proud of where you’re at in life.
But there’s a disconnect. You’re tired, you’re overwhelmed, exhausted and you feel trapped. You have a hard time saying no and everything just has to be perfect. This is what you’ve worked for your whole life. Why does it feel like a trick.
You’re not wrong for feeling this way. You’re just experiencing burnout—and it’s stopping you in your tracks.
You’re tired of feeling caught in this cycle:
Feeling completely exhausted—mentally, physically and emotionally.
Trying to do everything all the time and still feeling like it’s not enough. Always fearing failure.
Ruminating over the things that need to be done or on things that could have been done better.
Feeling guilty for not doing more.
how i can help
Our work together is burnout’s worst nightmare. Here’s a bit of context:
Burn out is not personal- in fact, hard-charging high achieving people are predisposed to feeling this way. Part of what makes you successful—the drive, the ambition and the commitment— can lead you down the path that now seems so hopeless.
Burn out is not permanent- When you’re in the middle of burning yourself out, it can seem hopeless. It’s not. You control the variables, you’re the captain of your ship. Your will and dedication forged your success, now it’s time to channel them to kicking burn out’s ass.
Burn out does not have to exist- Together, we can make it go away. You’ve worked too hard and come too far to let this feeling rob you of the success and happiness you should now be able to feel.
imagine if you…
Consistently set healthy boundaries
For some high achieving leaders, burn out is a by-product of perfectionism. You know, the feeling that it’s never quite right. The drafts, revisions, course corrects that all too often let perfect get in the way of good.

Frequently Asked Questions about burnout coaching
-
Regular tiredness responds to rest. Burnout does not. If you sleep and wake up still exhausted, or you take time off and feel worse within days of returning to work, that is the clearest sign. Burnout is also characterized by cognitive fog and emotional flatness — things that do not show up with ordinary tiredness.

Yes. Most of the women I work with recover without leaving their careers. The work is in changing how you operate within the career — the patterns, the structure, the relationship with your role — not in walking away from it.
-
Therapy addresses the psychological and emotional roots of what you're experiencing — anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, identity and worth patterns. Coaching addresses how those patterns play out in your professional life and what needs to change structurally. In my practice, both are available depending on what you need, and they work together. If you are not sure which is the right starting point, the free consult is designed to help you figure that out.

Recovery is sequenced work, not a single intervention. It typically starts with an honest assessment and immediate stabilization, moves into the pattern work — mindset, nervous system regulation, communication and boundaries — and finishes with the leadership and sustainability piece. The timeline varies, but most clients notice a real shift within the first four to eight weeks.

High-achieving women in executive, leadership, and founder roles who are burned out or getting close, and who want to recover without stepping away from their careers. If you are in acute mental health crisis, therapy is the right starting point. Coaching works best when there is a baseline of stability to build on..
